        Job Description:

        The successful individual will be the foreman with the design/build construction crew that specializes in quality naturalized landscapes.
        Ensures that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner and maintains excellent quality.
        Manage the execution of design/build projects, planning labour requirements, equipment requirements and material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of job within project deadline.
        Manage safety, quality, and productivity of work at sites and at shop yard.
        Understand importance of completing projects within the budgetary guidelines.
        Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day to day work activities of crew of 2 to 3 employees.
        Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills.
        Train, develop, and coach members of the team.
        Read and interpret designs, blueprints and specification to delegate/complete work activities.
        Advanced knowledge of the fundamental principles of landscaping including grading, excavating, retaining walls, stone, pavers, and planting.
        Knowledge and ability to operate specialized equipment such as excavators, skid steers and small engines in a safe manner.
        Daily documentation of on-site activities.
        Promote, train, and carry out all company safety procedures.
        Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead others with a supportive atmosphere.

        Qualifications:

        Minimum 3 years’ experience on a Design/Build Landscape crew.
        Proficient with numbers, record keeping, and technology.

        Ability to read and follow plans and drawings.

        Compensation:

        $16 to $18.00 an hour.
        Average of 45 to 55 hours per week. Full time seasonal from April to November.

    Landscape Design/Build Lead Hand

        Job Description:

        The successful individual will be a crew member with the design/build construction crew that specializes in quality naturalized landscapes.
        Work with all aspects of stone, pavers, concrete and retaining walls.
        Work closely with Design/Build supervisor to fully understand customer needs and expectations.
        Knowledge and ability to operate specialized equipment such as excavators, skid steers and small engines in a safe manner.
        Assist in resolving issues and challenges with projects.
        Responsible for quality and installation timeliness of projects with supervisor.
        Maintain an organized job-site with attention to quality.
        Ability to handle heavy loads.
        Maintain and manage equipment and tools.

        Qualifications:

        Minimum 2 years’ experience on a Design/Build Landscape crew.
        Operate construction equipment such as Mini-Excavator, Skid Steer, Packers, Stone Saws and other construction equipment.

        Compensation:

        $14.00 to $16.00 an hour depending on experience.
        Average of 45 to 55 hours per week. Full time seasonal from April to November.

    Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

        Job Description:

        The successful individual will supervise a maintenance crew that specializes in individualized property care for residential and commercial properties.
        Ensures that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner and maintains excellent quality.
        A strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance such as mowing, trimming, cleanup-up, cultivating, pruning and mulching.
        Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills.
        Train, develop, and coach members of the team.
        Knowledge and ability to operate and maintain specialized equipment such as Zero Turn Mowers, Lawn Tractors, and small engines in a safe manner.
        Daily documentation of on-site activities and proficient with record keeping and technology.
        Ensures that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner and maintains excellent quality.

        Proficiency in mowing, trimming, clean-up, cultivating, pruning and shaping of plant materials, mulching, and planting.
        Knowledge and ability to operate specialized equipment such as lawn mowers, tools and hand held gas powered equipment in a safe manner.
        Knowledge of different plant varieties during various months of the year.
        Weeding and edging of garden beds.
        Work closely with Maintenance supervisor to fully understand customer needs and expectations.
        Assist in resolving issues and challenges with projects.
        Responsible for quality and timeliness of projects with supervisor.
        Maintain an organized job-site with attention to quality.
        Ability to handle heavy leads.
        Maintain and manage equipment and tools.

        Qualifications:

        Two years’ experience on a Landscape Maintenance crew.

        Compensation:

        $14.00 to $16.00 an hour depending on experience.
        Average of 45 to 55 hours per week. Full time seasonal from April to November.

    Landscape Technician Lead Hand

        Job Description:

        Assistant to the Landscape Technician in various tasks throughout the season. This is a seasonal full-time position which assists in the day-to-day operation of the design/build and maintenance divisions.
        Work closely with Landscape Technician supervisor to fully understand customer needs and expectations.
        Assist in resolving issues and challenges with projects.
        Responsible for quality and timeliness of projects with supervisor.
        Maintain an organized job-site with attention to quality.
        Ability to handle heavy loads.
        Maintain and manage equipment and tools.
        Trimming/pruning small trees and shrubs.
        Maintaining residential and commercial plants, shrubs and small trees.
        Pond and landscape lighting maintenance.
        Garden maintenance including mowing, trimming, cleanup-up cultivating, mulching, and planting.
        Operation of lawn mowers, pruning tools, and other hand held powered equipment.

        Qualifications:

        Minimum two years’ experience in gardening practices.
        Must have excellent knowledge of different plant varieties during various months of the year.
        Excellent knowledge of the maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs.

        Compensation:

        $14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on experience.
        Average of 45 to 55 hours per week. Full time seasonal from April to November.
